Shocking breakfast at Alaro (the fact that it was on the table the night before should have been a give away). Our vegetarian taxi driver picks us up punctually-we have been walking for a week so I imagine our trip returning to Palma will take some hours-it takes 20 minutes! Note to self-if travelling from Palma to Alaro, don't walk, take taxi).
We arrive back at Hotel Born and after struggling with massive doors make our way into room.
Wander around aimlessly, visit food market

and have great paella for lunch. Then visit cathedral-number 1 attraction in Palma-quite stunning with some very nice touches by Gaudi.

| Gaudi, you de man |
We then take a tourist bus trip of Palma, which was fascinating from the point of view of the double decker bus negotitiang streets suitable only for the safe passage of motor scooters.

| G&T pre-dinner |
Dinner was at Aromata restaurant by Michelin starred chef; mediocre with execrable service.
